Let's talk about the exciting world of deliveries at The Homestore.

Guess what? If you're in the lovely Wellington Local areas, we're waving the delivery fee for you! Check out these postal codes: 5012, 5016, 5022, 5024, 5028, 6011, 6012, 6021, 6022, 6023, 6035, and 6037.

But wait, there's more! When you treat yourself to a shopping spree of $75 or more, we're treating you to nationwide free delivery. And if you're keeping it a bit more low-key, there's a small $5.00 Nationwide Fee for orders under $75.

Now, for our friends in rural areas, we want you to know that while your delivery might take a tiny bit longer (around 2-3 days extra), we're still on it, ensuring your goodies reach you.

Our delivery champs are at your service during the week, and to keep you in the loop, we'll send you an email as soon as your order hops on the courier. You'll be able to track every step of the journey, just like a treasure hunt.

Speaking of delivery times, we're aiming to get your order to you ASAP with zero hassle. However, in the real world, sometimes (very rarely), unexpected speed bumps pop up on our beautiful New Zealand roads or during lockdowns. If your delivery decides to take a scenic route, don't hesitate to give us a shout – we're here to help.

Psst, need a Saturday delivery? No problemo! Just give us a shout before you place your order, and we'll work our magic.

When you're in the mood to pick up your goodies in person, we've got options for you. Pay online or when you collect in-store – it's your call. And if you've already paid online, don't forget to bring along a Photo ID when you swing by our store.

Got a friend or family member doing the picking up? Awesome! Just give us a heads-up in advance, so we can ensure everything's smooth sailing. We're all about making your experience with us a breeze.

 

Deliveries

  • We offer Free Delivery on any orders that are considered Wellington Local.  Postcodes included are 5012, 5016, 5022, 5024, 5028, 6011, 6012, 6021, 6022, 6023, 6035, 6037.
  • Nationwide Free Delivery - When you spend $150 or more. Otherwise, it's a $5.00 Nationwide Fee for orders under $150.
  • Rural Deliveries - Can take a little longer.  Expect 2-3 days extra
  • Delivery times - Orders are delivered during the week.
  • Tracking Your Parcel - An email will be sent to you once your order has been picked up by our courier.  You will be able to track your parcel every step of the way.
  • Delivery Times - Are an estimate and in an ideal world we want you to get your order as quick as possible and with as little or no fuss at all, but sometimes (rarely) deliveries may get delayed on our beautiful New Zealand roads or during lockdown periods.  If you find your delivery has taken longer than usual, then please contact us asap.
  • Saturday Delivery - Can be arranged with us.  Please contact us before making your order.

Collecting In-Store

When you order online you have several options to pay by or you can pay in store on collection. 

Please remember to bring a Photo ID with you when you collect from our store if you've already paid online. 

If you have someone else collecting in store on your behalf, then please let us know in advance.
