Usually items are delivered within one to three business days depending on where you live. Sometimes throughout the year you can expect some delays due to Covid lockdowns or at especially at busier times such as Christmas.  Rest assured your parcel will get to you and you can track its progress when we send you a tracking link.

We use NZ Post for all our deliveries including Rural Areas

If this situation occurs please look around your property to make sure the courier hasn't concealed it somewhere. Please call the store on 04 4994469 if you still can't locate it and we will pursue the matter on your behalf with NZ post. 

Yes we do. You can either pay online or come in and pay instore to collect your order. All this is totally free.


Everything we sell is brand new, unused and backed by a warranty.


We offer card payment options by Visa, Mastercard & Amex. You can also use PayPal, Poli, Zip and Laybuy. Or you can pop in store and pay by cash.

Yes, you can pay with Zip or Laybuy - both options which you can spread your payments over a 6 week period, subject to acceptance by those companies. Find out more by visiting their websites.

No. We do not store your credit card details. All your information is protected, secured & encrypted.

You can redeem your gift voucher at either of The Homestore Wellington or The Homestore Newmarket stores. Vouchers issued by the Homestore Wellington can only be redeemed online


Please contact us immediately to discuss any problems you are having. We will most likely need to retrieve the item for testing. We will send you a courier label and some instructions for sending the product back.

Please call us to let us know immediately. We may either ask for pictures to illustrate the damage or send you a courier label to get the damaged item back.
