My order hasn't arrived yet or only part of my order has arrived. Who do I contact about this?

Do you ship New Zealand Wide?

  • Yes we do.  We ship everywhere in New Zealand including all Rural areas.

How much does shipping cost?

  • $7.50 for orders under $150.  Anything over $150 then shipping is free.

How long does shipping take?

  • Usually it takes 1 to 2 days in the North Island.  South Island deliveries can take 1 to 3 days. 

Returns and Refunds:

What happens if my order is faulty or damaged?

  • We're all about helping you.  Just call us on 0800 843 466 or email shop@thehomestore.co.nz with as much info about the fault or damage with some pictures if necessary.

Can I exchange a product for something else after i've received it?

  • Yes you can.  Just call us on 0800 843 466 or email shop@thehomestore.co.nz with your order number and what you would like to swap it with.  Please remember that it needs to be unused and still in its original packaging.

What is you refund policy for change of mind purchases?

  •  We don't offer refunds for change of minds but every case is unique so please talk to our friendly team on 0800 843 466.
