Microstoven
includes Spodumene as the key mineral ingredient, sourced and mined in
Australia. The addition of Spodumene to the material creates a thermal
shock resistant, flame proof stoneware body that is suitable for
cooking on both electric and gas stove tops as well as in the oven and
microwave.
Maxwell & Williams Microstoven Cookware
- Microstoven cookware is manufactured from stoneware mixed with Spodumene to create a range of stoneware that is flame-proof and can be used directly onto a heat source as well as oven and microwave safe. The addition of Spodumene also produces a very light but still extremely durable easy to handle product.
- Microstoven is suitable for use on all hob types except induction (low heat only), is oven safe (up to 200°C), microwave safe (to a medium heat), dishwasher safe and freezer safe.
- Microstoven is fully glazed in a red , black or a white finish, including the base to prevent worktop scratches and features two layers of Xylan non-stick coating
