So no matter where you live in New Zealand, we can deliver your purchase right to your door within a matter of days. Delivery to North Island addresses in major centres such as Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Gisbourne, Tauranga, Rotorua, Palmerston North and Wellington typically takes between one to five days.
Delivery to South Island addresses such as Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Timaru and Dunedin usually take between two to six days
*Excludes free delivery to Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and Waiheke Island.

Great Barrier Island (3-6 working days) - $13.33 +GST
Stewart Island (3-6 working days) - $13.33 +GST

Delivery Times - Standard Sized Items
Deliveries are only made on working days, not weekends. Please note,
orders are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery
so they can be tracked. For orders placed before 5pm on week days,
going to North Island delivery addresses, we aim for next day delivery once confirmation of payment is confirmed.
For orders placed after 5pm on week days, going to North Island
delivery addresses, we aim for delivery within 48 hours, again once payment is confirmed. We endeavour to
deliver South Island orders within 2-5 days. Orders received on
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the
following working day and dispatched once confirmation of payment is received.
Delivery Times - Large Items
• All deliveries are door to door and dispatched from Wellington or Napier
• North Island delivery 1-3 working days
• South Island delivery 2-6 working days
• Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas
• Transit times do not include Public Holidays or weekends
Online orders are delivered using Toll and require a signature upon
delivery so they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or
business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone
is available to sign for it. If you were unavailable to sign for an
item when our courier called, they will leave a card to call at the
delivery address.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at present. We only ship to addresses within New Zealand.
